First time logging in?
Don’t worry if the portal looks quiet at first. If we haven’t shared any documents or events with you yet, you won’t see notifications right away. But you can still send us a message or upload a document whenever you’re ready. And once we start sharing items with you, everything will show up automatically.

Every time you log in or view a document, your connection is protected by 256 bit SSL encryption. That’s the same standard used by online banking and healthcare systems. Your data is encrypted both when it’s moving between your device and the server, and when it’s stored.

The portal runs on Amazon Web Services, one of the most trusted cloud platforms in the world. Your data is stored across multiple locations with built in redundancy, which means it’s backed up and protected even in the unlikely event of a hardware failure.

You can only access the appointments, documents, and invoices that have been specifically shared with you. No one else can see your case information unless we’ve granted them permission. And that access can be changed or removed at any time.
🔐 Password Protection and Auto Logout
Your account is protected by secure password hashing, and the system will automatically log you out during periods of inactivity. If you ever feel your account may have been compromised, contact us immediately and we can freeze access right away.
The portal is more secure than traditional email for sharing sensitive case information. That’s one of the reasons we prefer communicating with you here rather than over regular email. Your trust documents, financial details, and personal information deserve that level of protection.

Q: Can I access the portal from my phone?
A: Yes. The portal works from any device with internet access, whether that’s your computer, tablet, or phone. There’s nothing to download or install.

Q: I forgot my password. What do I do?
A: On the login page, click “Forgot password?” and follow the instructions. You’ll get an email with a link to reset it. If you run into trouble, just give us a call and we’ll help you get back in.

Q: How do I upload a document?
A: Click the “Add Document” button, choose your case, add a brief description so we know what we’re looking at, then select the file from your computer and click “Add Document.” We’ll receive it right away.

Q: Will I get notified when something new is posted?
A: Yes. When we share a document, send a message, or post an invoice, you’ll receive an email notification with a direct link. You can also check your “What’s New” section any time you log in.
