About Thomas
Thomas Connors brings a sharp analytical mind and a dedication to precision to his role as Paralegal / Legal Coordinator at the Law Offices of Nicole James. With experience in risk management and operations in the financial services industry, Thomas understands the importance of getting every detail right—because in estate planning, the details are everything.
Before joining our firm, Thomas spent more than six years as a credit union Risk & Operations Analyst and Fraud Analyst, where he honed his ability to manage complex processes, identify potential issues before they arise, and ensure compliance across multiple areas. That background in financial services gives him a natural understanding of the financial realities behind every estate plan we build.
Thomas is a graduate of Cornell University, where he studied economics, psychology, and government. Thomas is a North Reading, Massachusetts native and a high school graduate of Boston University Academy. His combination of Ivy League education, financial services expertise, and meticulous attention to detail makes him an invaluable part of the team that supports you and your family throughout the planning process.
